Data Entry Operator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory & Sales Executive to manage stock data, track inventory movement, and support day-to-day office and sales operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable working with inventory software and Excel. * Maintain accurate stock data and update inventory records regularly. * Track stock movement, including inward and outward entries, and ensure timely reconciliation. * Manage and update Excel sheets and inventory management software. * Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or low-stock situations. * Assist the sales team by attending to customers and providing product information. * Support general office operations such as documentation, filing, and coordination. * Prepare basic reports, summaries, and data sheets as required. * Ensure smooth communication between inventory, sales, and other departments. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations. * Experience with inventory or stock management (preferred, not mandatory). * Good communication and customer-handling skills. * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. * Attention to detail and strong organizational ability. * Basic understanding of office operations and documentation. * Combination of inventory management and sales support. * Hands-on role with direct involvement in stock handling and customer interaction. * Opportunity to grow into more advanced operational or sales roles. .
