Collaborate with CAD designers, artisans, and production teams to convert designs into final products. Research and analyze current jewellery trends, materials, and techniques to inspire new designs. Source and select suitable gemstones and materials for collections. Modify and improve existing designs based on customer feedback and market demand. Ensure quality, wearability, and durability in all designs. Maintain an organized digital and physical design archive for reference and portfolio building.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of our jewellery inventory, assisting in daily office tasks, and ensuring smooth operational support. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain and update daily inventory records of all jewellery items. * Create and manage Excel sheets with detailed product entries, including: * Product type, weight, purity, description * Design number, pricing, and stock status * Ensure timely and accurate entry of new stock and removal of sold items. * Cross-check physical stock with recorded data to ensure inventory accuracy. * Coordinate with sales and production teams for inventory updates. * Assist in daily office activities including filing, documentation, and basic administrative tasks. * Support with product labeling, tagging, and display arrangements when required. * Help prepare reports and summaries related to stock movement and inventory trends. * Maintain confidentiality and security of inventory data and office documents. ### **Requirements:** * Basic to intermediate knowledge of **Microsoft Excel** (Formulas, formatting, etc.) * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Good organizational and communication skills * Ability to manage time and multitask effectively * Prior experience in a similar role or knowledge of jewellery products is a plus.
