Job Title: Senior Sales Consultant – Personal & Commercial Vehicles Location: Umiya Nagar Society, Udhana - Magdalla Rd, near Shree Chosath Joganiya, Udhana, Surat, Gujarat 394210 Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager / Showroom Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Consultant for our Mahindra dealership showroom , responsible for handling both personal and commercial vehicle sales . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, in-depth product knowledge, and hands-on experience in greeting customers, understanding their needs, conducting test drives, and closing sales. The role demands a customer-first attitude and the ability to independently manage the full sales process from enquiry to delivery. Key Responsibilities: Greet walk-in and inquiry-based customers in a professional and welcoming manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Mahindra personal or commercial vehicles (e.g., SUVs, pickups, Bolero, Supro, etc.). Conduct product demonstrations and test drives, highlighting key features and benefits. Present finance, exchange, and insurance options clearly to customers. Maintain updated knowledge of all Mahindra vehicles, variants, specifications, and current offers. Negotiate pricing and close sales efficiently while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Handle documentation and coordinate with internal teams for vehicle delivery. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers for repeat and referral business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. Ensure accurate record-keeping of leads, test drives, and follow-ups in CRM systems. Support showroom events, customer meets, and promotional activities. Required Skills and Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in car sales , preferably with Mahindra or other commercial/personal segment brands. Strong knowledge of commercial vehicles and their applications in business or fleet use. Good verbal and written communication in English/Hindi . Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with all customer types. Must have a valid driving license . Familiarity with basic computer use, CRM systems, and dealership management tools. Presentable, punctual, and target-driven with a strong sales focus. Preferred: Previous experience in a Mahindra dealership. Knowledge of financing, RTO processes, exchange, and insurance formalities. Local market knowledge and client network in the region. Working Conditions: Location: Showroom-based, with occasional field visits. Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives available. Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Workshop (Mahindra Commercial Vehicles) Department: Service / Customer Relationship Location: Puna-Kumbharia, Surat Reporting To: Service Manager / Workshop Head Industry: Automobile – Mahindra Commercial Vehicle Workshop Experience: 1-3 years preferred in CRM / Service Advisory role (automobile industry) Qualification: Any Graduate (BBA/MBA Preferred) Job Summary: The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer relationship cycle in the Mahindra Commercial Vehicle workshop. This includes appointment management, post-service follow-ups, feedback collection, customer satisfaction (CSI) improvement, service reminder campaigns, and complaint handling, ensuring smooth customer interaction and service experience. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Customer Handling & Communication: Handle customer queries, appointment bookings, and complaints with empathy and professionalism. Maintain customer database (vehicle details, service history, etc.). Make follow-up calls for due service, insurance renewal, and service feedback. ✅ Service Follow-ups & Feedback: Conduct post-service follow-up calls within 48 hours. Record and escalate negative feedback to the Service Manager. Improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score. ✅ CRM Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely data entry in DMS / CRM systems. Track missed customers, cancellations, and ensure rebooking. Maintain records for warranty, AMC, and free service status. ✅ Complaint Management: Register and track complaints to resolution. Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technical team for quick closure. Maintain complaint register and report trends to management. ✅ Campaigns & Reminders: Run SMS / call campaigns for due service, safety checks, and seasonal offers. Educate customers about workshop services, value-added services, and offers. ✅ Coordination: Coordinate with workshop teams for vehicle delivery updates. Share daily report of inbound/outbound calls and customer interactions. Attend CRM review meetings and share progress reports.
