Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage and maintain student records, examination data, and other essential information also engaging with student communication and enrolling them in the courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update student information in the institute’s database and CRM system.
• Handle student queries related to registration, course details, fees, and batches via phone, email, or in person.
• Assist with the registration and onboarding process for new students.
• Maintain and organize digital and physical student records.
• Support in preparing admission reports, attendance sheets, and enrollment summaries.
• Coordinate with the academic and sales teams to ensure smooth batch allotment and course allocation.
• Follow up with students for document submissions, fee payments, and confirmation of admissions.
• Help manage student feedback collection and maintain records for improvement tracking.

Qualifications and skills required:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar administrative role (experience in an educational institute preferred).
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Sheets, and basic CRM/database software.
• Typing speed of at least 35-40 WPM with high accuracy.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in student communication or administrative support in an educational setup is a plus.

· Working days: 6 days a week

· Timings: 10 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

· Salary: 18,000 - 22,000 INR CTC per month
