Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to support our production, HR, and accounts teams. The candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, report preparation, and record maintenance related to production, attendance, salary payments, stock, and material movement. Key Responsibilities:Enter and update production data on a daily basis. Maintain and prepare attendance reports for employees and contractors. Assist in verifying and checking salary/payment records. Update stock registers and track raw material & finished goods inventory. Record and manage data for dispatch material and inward material. Ensure accuracy and timely entry of all records in the system. Coordinate with production, accounts, and HR teams for smooth data flow. Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity at all times. Qualifications & Skills:Graduate / Diploma (preferred in Commerce, IT, or related field). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic ERP/Tally knowledge. Typing speed with high accuracy. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Experience:1–3 years of experience in data entry, accounts support, or similar role. Experience in manufacturing/production industry preferred.
