Primary Responsibilities Team is looking for a Data analyst resource - this role requires extensive stakeholder interaction and technical solution capabilities to assist IT and business teams in a consultative manner Develop and maintain Tableau and Powerbi dashboards Work on data extractions as per business requirement Perform data analysis and present inferences to business in well documented manner Come up with recommendations on best possible solution approaches to fix data quality issues Work as a self-driven Individual Contributor Help translate requirements into user-stories and design Work closely with Business/SA/BA/Data Team to ensure requirements are well documented and clear Support team on day to day tasks to achieve business goals. Be accountable for timely quality delivery of assigned team/modules Actively participate in quality audits, projects reviews time to time Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications Graduation degree with 1+ years of experience in SQL, Tableau, Power BI , data analysis Hands-on experience on SQL writing and good understanding of sql concepts joins, group functions, analytics function etc. Hands-on experience on building dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI Good experience in Data quality analysis and data visualization Working experience on project related to Database, ETL, Data analysis and Reporting Applications Solid fundamental knowledge of Database key concepts, Data warehousing, Data models etc. Good understanding of database, data quality, ETL and data pipelines Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
