About the Role

As a NiFi Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines. You will ensure efficient data ingestion, transformation, and distribution to support advanced analytics and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Development: Design, build, and optimize robust data pipelines using Apache NiFi.
• Scripting & Coding: Develop and maintain data-processing scripts using Java and Python.
• Data Management: Manage and troubleshoot data ingestion, transformation, and distribution processes to ensure reliability and performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineers, Developers, and Product Managers to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Data Quality & Security: Champion data quality and integrity while enforcing governance and security controls (SSL/TLS, client authentication, input validation, logging).
• Monitoring: Implement robust monitoring and alerting strategies for production data pipelines.
• Innovation: Contribute to problem-solving, continuous improvement, and adoption of best practices in data engineering.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Expert in building high-performance data pipelines using Apache NiFi or comparable technologies.
✅ Strong programming experience in Python, Java, and SQL.
✅ Hands-on experience with AWS services – S3, Athena, Glue, EMR, AWS Batch.
✅ Experience in data modeling, designing APIs for data access, and data enrichment.
✅ Skilled in scripting (e.g., Groovy, Python) for custom data transformations.✅ Familiarity with robust governance, logging, and security controls.✅ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
