🔷 Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement

  scalable, reliable & efficient data pipelines

  and

  ETL processes

  for structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate with

  data scientists, analysts, and business teams

  to understand data requirements and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain

  data warehouse

  ,

  data lake

  , and other storage solutions for analytics, reporting, and ML use cases.
• Build and maintain

  data infrastructure, automation frameworks

  , and adopt best practices for data management, governance, and security.
• Troubleshoot complex data issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and ensure optimal performance of data systems.
• Manage

  end-to-end implementation

  of Data Warehouse/Data Lake projects while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Work closely with development teams to design and implement

  data models, ETL workflows, and reporting solutions

  .

🔷 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, IT, or similar fields

  .

• 5–6 years of proven experience

  as a Data Engineer or similar role handling large-scale data systems.
• Strong programming experience in

  Python, PySpark, SQL

  for data extraction, processing, and transformation.
• Hands-on experience with

  database technologies

  (SQL, Redshift) and

  data warehousing concepts

  .
• Experience with

  Big Data tools/frameworks

  like Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, etc.
• Strong knowledge of

  AWS cloud services

  (S3, Redshift, Glue, EC2, Lambda, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in

  BFSI/NBFC

  domain is a strong plus.
