Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and enhance ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data into operational data stores and enterprise data warehouses.
Build and enhance Informatica workflows and deploy them across development, UAT, and production environments.
Provide L1 and L2 production and UAT support, ensuring stability and timely issue resolution.
Perform detailed technical analysis to design and implement scalable data pipelines.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements and resolve data-related queries.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through reconciliation, validation, and integration best practices.
Implement orchestration and automation techniques to reduce delivery timelines and improve efficiency.
Monitor data pipelines and proactively identify performance or data quality issues.
Document ETL processes, data flows, and operational procedures.

Continuously upgrade skills through self-learning and adoption of new data engineering practices.

Experience Required:

4 - 8 years of experience in Data Engineering and ETL development.
Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Workflows for ETL processing.
Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL for data transformation and analysis.
Experience supporting Production and UAT environments (L1/L2 support).
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data integration methodologies.
Experience in data reconciliation, validation, and ensuring end-to-end data integrity.
Exposure to automation and orchestration tools for improving data delivery efficiency.
Ability to analyze complex data problems and provide effective solutions.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
