Role Overview

Data Engineer

You will work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and platform teams to ensure high-quality, reliable, and performant data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end

  ETL/ELT data pipelines

  using

  Snowflake

  and

  dbt

• Build

  modular, scalable, and reusable dbt models

  following best practices (testing, documentation, version control)
• Write efficient and optimized

  SQL

  for large-scale data transformations in Snowflake
• Use

  Python

  for data processing, automation, and pipeline orchestration
• Ingest and process data from multiple sources (batch and near real-time)
• Implement

  data quality checks, validations, and monitoring

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Optimize pipeline performance, cost, and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline and production issues
• Follow industry best practices for data modeling, security, and governance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Snowflake (mandatory)

• Strong hands-on experience with

  dbt (mandatory)

• Proficiency

  in Python

  for data engineering use cases (mandatory)
• Excellent SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Experience with modern data warehousing and analytics architectures
• Familiarity with

  Git/version control

  and collaborative development workflows

Good to Have

• Experience with AWS services (S3, Glue, Redshift)
• Exposure to Airflow or similar orchestration tools
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices for data pipelines
• Experience with containerization (Docker) or cloud-native environments
