Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable
data pipelines
Build and optimize
ETL/ELT workflows
using Python and Apache Airflow
Develop and manage data solutions on
Databricks
Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance across pipelines
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to support business requirements
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data workflows and system performance
Implement best practices for data engineering, security, and governance

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience
in Data Engineering or related roles
Strong programming experience in
Python
Hands-on experience with
Apache Airflow
for workflow orchestration
Solid experience working with
Databricks
Expertise in building and maintaining
data pipelines
Experience with SQL and data modeling concepts
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP is a plus)
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Delta Lake, etc.)
Knowledge of CI/CD for data pipelines
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
