Performing EOD-BOD Operations on Daily Basis.
• Coordinating with the Customer and vendor for Internet Banking issues and
EOD/BOD aborts.
• Monitoring and handling GEFU files and services in CBS application servers.
• Applying Oracle Script patches in database.
• Branch application releases need to perform for 900+ branches.
• Monitoring and handling application services in CTS and Passbook application.
• Monitoring the Alert logs.
• Monitoring and executing alert procedures in SMS Applications.
• Handling L1 and L2 case related to branch applications.
• Checking DR - DC application sync status in all branch servers.
• Updating new application interface using scripts and Packages.
• Monitoring and Handling L1 calls of banking related Applications.
• Handling all transaction issue related calls by Escalation Matrix.
• Executing the Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly report as per schedule.
