Job Description

DC Engineer L2 - Vizag

Responsibilities:

Monitor all servers and storage systems in the data centre.
Manage tape operations, including insertion and removal.
Handover tapes to the Quality Team as per schedule.
Coordinate with OEMs for part replacements.
Complete SEZ formalities for part replacements or new device arrivals.
Provide support for all data centre related activities.
Install new servers or storage devices and perform part replacements as required.
Provide technical support for servers and storage systems in case of issues.
Support DCS servers, including restarts, part replacements, backup management, and restoration activities.
Coordinate with OEMs for DCS server part replacements.
Assist with other data centrerelated operational tasks as needed.
