Job Summary:

Data Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Design modern data architectures enabling AI/ML workloads and real-time analytics.
Build and manage data lakes, feature stores, and analytical marts.
Translate ML and analytics needs into scalable data pipelines.
Lead end-to-end ML pipeline development and deployment.
Implement best practices in data governance, DevOps, and MLOps.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align data strategies with business goals.
Drive Azure-based data solutions including Databricks, ADF, Synapse, and Azure ML.

Technical Expertise:

Strong in Python, SQL, distributed systems, and cloud (Azure preferred).
Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), NLP (Hugging Face), and GenAI (LLMs, LangChain, RAG).
Familiar with tools like Spark, Kafka, Delta Lake, NoSQL, Kubernetes, Git, Terraform.

Preferred Qualifications:

Azure Certifications (e.g., Architect, Data Scientist).
Experience with real-time data, data mesh, and regulatory compliance (GDPR/HIPAA).
Exposure to GenAI safety and responsible AI frameworks.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and leadership.
Strategic and execution-driven mindset.
Passion for innovation and mentoring.
