About The Role

Data Architect

Job Responsibilities

Partner with Presales Managers and business stakeholders to
design, architect, and present Azure + Microsoft Fabric-based data solutions
.
Lead projects with a
hands-on approach in Data Architecture and Data Engineering
.
Design and implement
data pipelines and models
following the
Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers)
.
Conduct coding demonstrations, workshops, and POCs to showcase solution feasibility.
Collaborate with stakeholders across industries such as
E-commerce, Retail, Entertainment, Healthcare, Investment, Supply Chain, and Real Estate
.
Mentor and guide team members as the role transitions into a leadership capacity.
Ensure
high-quality delivery with a focus on scalability, performance, governance, and business impact
.

Job requirements

12–20 years of experience
in Data Engineering / Data Architecture with deep expertise in the
Azure ecosystem
.
Strong hands-on experience with
Microsoft Fabric
(Data Factory, OneLake, Lakehouse, Power BI integration).
Proven ability to design and implement
enterprise-grade data solutions
using
Medallion Architecture
.
Demonstrated success in
leading complex projects and client-facing solutioning engagements
.
Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
