Data & Analytics Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
• Conduct interviews/workshops to define data and reporting needs.
• Build and maintain interactive

  dashboards, metrics, and reports

  using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Dash Enterprise.
• Develop

  user-friendly analytics tools

  that support business operations and strategy.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify

  trends, correlations, and actionable insights

  .
• Use

  Python, SQL, or R

  for statistical modeling, automation, and advanced analytics.
• Design and manage

  data pipelines and transformations

  using ETL frameworks (e.g., Cloud Composer on GCP).
• Work closely with Data Engineering teams to ensure

  data accuracy, availability, and performance

  .
• Improve existing

  analytics techniques, visualization approaches, and adoption strategies

  .
• Define and implement new

  KPIs and metrics

  aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with

  Data Science, Engineering, and IT teams

  to integrate analytics into broader ecosystems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years

  in data analytics, BI development, or data engineering.
• Strong proficiency in:

• Power BI

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) & BigQuery

• Data modeling & ETL processes

• Python

  (analysis, automation, scripting)
• Expertise in

  SQL

  for querying and analysis.
• Proven ability to

  translate business needs into technical solutions

  .

Preferred Skills

• Experience with:

• Cloud SQL

• Cloud Composer (Airflow on GCP)

• Familiarity with Tableau, Qlik, or Dash Enterprise.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in

  Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering

  , or related field.
