Manager

• Design and develop interactive dashboards in

  Tableau

  Looker

  to deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Connect visualization tools to multiple data sources, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
• Improve performance and responsiveness of reports handling large datasets.
• Create and maintain efficient data pipelines and transformation logic using

  SQL

  and

  Python

  .
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Implement robust validation checks to ensure data completeness and quality.
• Educate and support users in leveraging dashboards and BI tools for self-service analytics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools in data visualization and analytics.

Required Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in

  Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering

  , or related fields.
• Expertise in

  Tableau Desktop

  and

  Server

  (charts, blending, LOD calculations, performance tuning).
• Strong experience with

  Google Looker Studio

  .
• Advanced

  SQL

  skills and a solid understanding of relational database principles.
• Familiarity with

  ETL/ELT tools

  ,

  data engineering workflows

  , and

  Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

  .
• Excellent communication skills; ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Handling skills, Team mentoring, Performance appraisal done for the immediate reportees
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with

  Agile methodologies

  (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as

  Jira

  .
• Team-oriented, collaborative approach with a focus on delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in

• Exposure to

  retail analytics
