- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
•Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. •8–10+ years of progressive experience in digital analytics, data analytics or business intelligence roles. •Advanced proficiency in web and digital analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics). •Experience with data modeling and transformation using tools such as DBT and Snowflake; familiarity with Cosmos DB is a plus. •Proficiency in ETL/ELT pipeline development and workflow orchestration (Apache Airflow). •Skilled in creating interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar BI tools. •Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, KPIs, attribution models, and customer journey analysis. •Experience developing forecasting models and conducting predictive analytics to drive business strategy. •Industry certifications relevant to digital analytics or cloud data platforms. •Ability to deliver clear digital reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
