Data Analytics Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a Data Analytics Executive to join our growing digital and technology team. The ideal candidate will analyze business data, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to measure performance, optimize marketing and sales strategies, and prepare analytical reports for management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (CRM, marketing, sales, and digital platforms).
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business growth.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and operations.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to improve decision-making.
• Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear, data-driven manner.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 6-1 years in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar roles.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
• Understanding of digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, CRM tools, etc.).
• Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Experience in Python/R for data analysis is a plus.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in IT, Digital Marketing, or SaaS analytics.
• Knowledge of AI tools and automation in data reporting.
