About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in Python and Power BI to join our growing analytics team. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into meaningful insights, build interactive dashboards, and support business decision-making through data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Perform data manipulation, transformation, and automation using Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.).
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver data-driven insights.
• Prepare analytical reports and performance summaries for management.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Support forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance monitoring.

Required Skills and Expertise

Primary Focus (70%)

• Advanced data analysis
• Strong Python programming skills (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn)

Secondary Focus (30%)

• Power BI dashboard development
• Data modeling, DAX, and report optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
