Hiring

Data Analysts

to analyze requirements and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and teams.

Salary

: INR 11,00,000 - 16,00,000 / year

Responsibilities

Analyse incoming emails and identify actionable data.
Perform data cleansing and analysis based on client requests, SLAs, process guide and judgement calls.
Ensure all data uploaded in a timely manner and best practices are followed.
Implement automated steps (I.e. excel macros, BALER).
Collaborate with team members and escalate any issues accordingly.
Ensure security best practices are followed and vulnerabilities are addressed promptly.
Troubleshoot and resolve client data related issues in a timely manner.

Eligibility

2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / Analyst
Solid experience with Microsoft Excel.
