Position Purpose
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities - - Able to analyze huge data and identify any functional gaps on Data front and Data Quality.
- Perform detailed analysis on data / functional gaps, conduct / organize sessions with Stakeholders/ Clients, to discuss / brainstorm these gaps and present these functional gaps in a summarized manner to Business Stakeholders/ Clients.
- Work extensively on Reporting using Power BI on the analysed data set to provide business insights.
- Coordinate with techno functional team in explaining to them the logic based on which the data needs to be created for the reporting requirement.
- Explain the functional gaps to techno functional team so that they can incorporate those checks as part of testing / Delivery.
- Perform reconciliation on month end data Vs tactical adjustments and generate variance analysis.
- Develop test cases if required aimed at validating development for a given requirement and record them in the official test management platform.
Contributing Responsibilities - Partner with Onshore leads to present the created solution, Share the knowledge and provide training if required.
- Produce and distribute daily/weekly team Status reports and contribute to project status reporting depending on the undertaking at hand
- Create Documentation as per the project needs.
- Perform knowledge transfer and cross training for proper backup in team
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Experience in Power BI tool. With hands on experience on Power Query and DAX. - Understanding of various data models for extraction of required data sets to be consumed for PBI reporting.
- Able to work with different data sets and create relational models.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; MS Project, MS Visio.
- Python knowledge and inclination to work on it will be an added advantage.
- Ability to Adapt to new technologies and flare learning and implement projects with new technologies.
Specific Qualifications (if required) Bachelors Degree or BE, along with
knowledge of the following:
- - Reporting on new tools and technologies with basic knowledge of
Power BI dashboard development
and implementation

Education Level:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in computer application
