As a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Investment Performance, your role at our Investments Technology team in Pune, Hinjewadi Phase 2 involves analyzing and mapping investment data, supporting performance calculation and reporting applications, and ensuring high standards of data quality and accuracy in collaboration with engineering and operations teams. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Review investment data, analyze and identify data gaps, and create detailed data mapping documents. - Support and enhance Investment Performance Calculation and Reporting Applications within Nuveen. - Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to perform data quality checks and validations. - Gather and document business and functional requirements for investment performance initiatives. - Provide analytical insights and resolve issues related to performance reporting and data consistency. **Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:** - 5-7 years of experience working with Asset Management firms. - 3-5 years of experience in investment performance calculation and reporting projects. - Strong hands-on SQL skills, with the ability to write complex queries on large data sets. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematical Finance, Accounting, Math, or related technical discipline from an accredited university.
