Data Analyst

The ideal candidate should be able to effectively communicate with business users, understand their needs, and translate them into technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using

  Power BI

  and

  Tableau

  to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with developers, quality assurance, operations, IT, and business teams on cross-functional projects, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.
• Work independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in

  Databricks

  for querying and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with

  Power BI

  and

  Tableau

  for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for data solutions
