About Role

We are looking for curious individuals to analyse and generate insights for Helpshift engagement and performance. You will be working with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, analyse the data and deliver insights to enable business decisions. As a data analyst, you will need to define & monitor key performance indicators for the product and expedite product diagnostics using data. You will be shaping the future of the product at Helpshift.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
  • Proficient in SQL and Python
  • Experienced in presenting insights using visualisations with tools such as Metabase, Power BI, Sigma or equivalent
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business metrics and support strategic decisions
  • Experienced in data modelling and enjoys uncovering trends in the data
  • Support ETL/ELT processes and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability
  • Utilize Python and AWS cloud tools to automate data workflows and analysis tasks
  • Self-motivated, Curious & detail-oriented
  • Enjoy working in fast-paced environments and can adapt to shifting conditions, priorities, or deadlines
