About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst – Fresher/Intern to support our business development and marketing teams with valuable insights through client data analysis. You will be responsible for gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data from various CRM tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and others to help identify trends, improve targeting, and drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and organize client/prospect data from tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and company CRM.
• Analyze client and market data to identify patterns, segmentation opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Assist in building and maintaining data dashboards or spreadsheets for tracking outreach, response, and conversion metrics.
• Support the sales and marketing team by delivering accurate and timely reports.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on data requirements and campaign strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field (or currently pursuing).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar CRM tools (training can be provided).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

(Nice to Have):

• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Prior internship experience in data handling, lead generation, or sales operations.
