Key Responsibilities

Tech Leadership & Architecture

• Take full ownership of project architecture and tech stack decisions.
• Guide the team on design patterns, code quality, and scalable development practices.
• Break down complex client requirements into actionable development plans.

Team Management

• Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative, learning-focused culture.
• Manage code reviews, sprint planning, and task delegation using Agile practices.
• Ensure timely delivery, without compromising on performance or security.

Full-Stack Web Development

• Build and maintain responsive, cross-browser-compatible web applications.
• Ensure seamless integration with APIs, databases, and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance.

DevOps & Automation

• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, staging environments, and version control practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps on deployment, monitoring, and automated testing workflows.

Client Collaboration

• Participate in requirement gathering and client discussions.
• Translate business needs into technical specs and timelines.
• Represent the technical voice in client calls and demos.

Tech Stack We Use

• Frontend: React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js
• DevOps: Git, GitHub Actions, Docker, AWS (EC2/S3/Lambda)
• DB: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
