The ideal candidate will be proficient in Tableau, Power BI, and Excel , with a keen eye for detail and the ability to support real estate data operations for the US market. This is an on-site role requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and usability of data for reporting and insights. Key Responsibilities: Handle and analyze large-scale real estate datasets for the US market. Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau , Power BI , and Excel . Identify trends, patterns, and data discrepancies to support business decisions. Collaborate with internal teams to interpret data and translate business requirements into analytical solutions. Ensure accuracy and consistency in data processing and reporting. Create process documentation and data quality audits where needed. Work closely with management on continuous process improvement and automation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or similar role. Strong proficiency in Tableau , Power BI , and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts). Experience managing large datasets with high accuracy. Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Real Estate, Business Analytics). Nice to Have: Experience in the US Real Estate domain.
