About The Role

We're looking for a data-driven problem solver who can wear two hats the precision of a Data Analyst and the innovation of a Data Scientist. In this role, you'll work with large datasets, build insightful dashboards, perform in-depth analyses, and also design predictive models that drive strategic decision-making across the company.This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of business, analytics, and machine learning.(*Note: This is a requirement for one of Scout's clients)

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business trends, identify patterns, and translate data into actionable insights.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from structured databases.
Apply statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
Data cleaning, EDA, visualization, and modeling.
Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and engineering teams to define and track key metrics.
Design and run A/B tests and other experiments to optimize performance.
Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

Strong experience in SQL, with the ability to query and join large datasets.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
Solid understanding of statistics
Strong communication and storytelling skills with data.
