Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst for our College Skilling Program in Tamil Nadu, you will split your time equally between training undergraduate students in arts and science colleges in data analytics and analyzing student-related data to create insightful dashboards. This role blends hands-on teaching with data analysis to equip students with practical skills and enhance program outcomes through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 45 hours of hands-on “Advanced Data Analytics” training sessions.
• Teach tools like Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, Python (pandas, matplotlib), and Google Sheets.
• Guide students on projects like Excel dashboards, SQL queries, Power BI/Tableau visualizations, and Python-based analysis.
• Provide feedback and assess students using course rubrics to foster analytical skills.
• Collect student performance and engagement data during training sessions.
• Analyze student data using Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI/Tableau.
• Create dashboards to visualize student progress, skill trends, and program impact.
• Share data insights with the program team to improve training delivery.
• Collaborate with the program team to refine curriculum and align with industry needs.

Requirements:

• 1+ years or freshers who passed out 2024 of experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Python (pandas, matplotlib), and Google Sheets.
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for creating impactful dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts simply.
• Passion for teaching and empowering students with job-ready skills.
• Ability to balance training and data analysis tasks.

Location: Tamil Nadu (on-site at arts and science colleges)
