As a Data Analyst Assistant Vice President at Barclays, you will play a crucial role in evolving the digital landscape and driving innovation. You will utilize cutting-edge technology to enhance digital offerings and ensure exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Experience with Basel IV regulatory changes - Proficiency in risk reporting & management - Strong understanding of accounting & balance sheets - Hands-on experience in reconciliation (risk & finance) - Knowledge of Risk Weight Asset calculation - In-depth product knowledge - Data quality process implementation and procedures - Data analysis for quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification - Data cleansing and transformation tasks - Designing and building data pipelines for automation - Applying advanced analytical techniques like machine learning and AI - Documenting data quality findings and improvement recommendations **Qualifications Required:** - Good content knowledge of Risk, Finance, or Treasury functional areas - Familiarity with Basel IV regulatory requirements/changes - Technical expertise in SQL, Macro, and project management - Excellent communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience working with data related to investment bank products At Barclays, you will also have the opportunity to showcase your skills in areas such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology.
