Role Description

SkillzenLoop is looking for a curious and detail-oriented Data Analysis Intern to help turn raw data into actionable insights. In this role, you will support our product and operations teams by cleaning datasets, performing exploratory analysis, and creating visualizations that tell a story. This internship is designed for someone who loves finding patterns in numbers and wants to learn how data drives business strategy in a real-world setting.

Primary Responsibilities

• Data Cleaning: Assist in the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process to ensure datasets are accurate, complete, and ready for analysis.

• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Perform initial investigations on data to discover patterns, spot anomalies, and test hypotheses.

• Dashboarding & Visualization: Help design and maintain automated dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.

• Report Generation: Summarize findings into clear, concise reports for stakeholders, highlighting key trends and recommendations.

• Collaboration: Work with different departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support for ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and Python or R for data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy).

• Spreadsheet Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and Macros).

• Analytical Mindset: Strong logical reasoning and the ability to interpret complex data points in a business context.

• Communication: Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical team members clearly.
