Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-driven Data Admin Executive to manage product data, images, catalogues, and client presentation material for the jewelry division. The role requires strong skills in image editing, data structuring, and presentation creation, along with the ability to coordinate with design, sales, and marketing teams.

Key Responsiblity:

Scan, organize, and digitize product design sheets and documents. Maintain updated product records, metadata, and image libraries. Ensure accuracy, naming conventions, and structured digital filing.

Image Editing & Visual Preparation

• Edit and enhance product images using Adobe Photoshop.
• Ensure image quality, clarity, and brand consistency.
• Prepare clean visual layouts for internal and external use.

Presentation & Catalogue Creation

• Create professional client-ready product presentations and catalogues.
• Format product information into structured templates.
• Support sales teams with updated product decks.

Excel & Documentation

• Prepare and maintain product pricing sheets and trackers in Excel.
• Work with technical and pricing data to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain version control and proper documentation hygiene.

Cross-Department Coordination

• Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams for data inputs.
• Manage approvals, updates, and requirements for product content.
• Support general administrative and back-office tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 24 years of experience in data admin or product coordination roles (jewelry/fashion preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of image formats, resolutions, and file structuring.
• Ability to create clean, professional product presentations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in jewelry, diamonds, fashion, or export industry.
• Exposure to catalogue creation, pricing sheets, or SKU structuring.
• Graduate in any discipline; design/graphics course is an added advantage.
