D365 Functional Consultant

Yamaha Motor Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled D365 Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications. The role involves supporting the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support, while ensuring the solutions align with the company’s strategic goals.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and design business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness using D365. - Configure D365 applications according to specifications and industry best practices. - Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT). - Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of D365 solutions. - Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides. - Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate seamless integration with other systems. - Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolution and ongoing support. - Stay updated with the latest D365 features and functionalities, ensuring continuous improvement of the system. Skills and Tools Required: - Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially in the areas of Finance, Supply Chain. - Proven experience in functional consulting and implementing ERP solutions. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional designs. - Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools will be an advantage. - Knowledge of best practices for system integration and data migration. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be a plus.
