Job Summary:

The Dynamics 365 CRM / CE Functional Consultant will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing functional solutions, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications. The role involves collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users to deliver end-to-end CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct

    requirement gathering workshops

    , stakeholder interviews, and business process analysis to define CRM solution scope.
  • Translate business requirements into

    Functional Design Documents (FDD)

    and user stories.
  • Configure and customize

    D365 CE modules

    Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service including entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Manage

    system setup

    , including

    security roles, user management, and data access controls

    .
  • Collaborate with technical teams on

    data migration, integration, and solution deployment

    activities.
  • Lead and coordinate

    User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

    ,

    System Integration Testing (SIT)

    , and end-user training.
  • Work with clients to design and optimize

    business processes

    , aligning CRM capabilities with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and maintain

    process documentation

    , training materials, and configuration manuals.
  • Participate in

    pre-sales activities

    , demos, and solution presentations when required.
  • Stay updated with new

    Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform

    releases and features.
