D365 Functional Consultant

As a Junior Finance Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting senior consultants in understanding client financial processes and compliance needs by participating in Requirement Gathering sessions. Your responsibilities will include documenting financial processes, functional specifications, and configuration settings. You will work closely with senior consultants to configure and prototype Finance modules based on gathered requirements. Additionally, you will be involved in testing phases such as Unit Testing and UAT to validate financial data accuracy and business processes in D365 FO. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in Requirement Gathering sessions to understand client financial processes and compliance needs - Assist in Documentation of financial processes, functional specifications, and configuration settings - Work with senior consultants to configure and prototype Finance modules based on gathered requirements - Involved in testing phases (Unit Testing, UAT) to validate financial data accuracy and business processes in D365 FO - Engage with client finance teams to provide support during Finance module implementation, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance regulations - Facilitate data migration activities, focusing on financial master data and historical balances - Provide guidance to end-users for system usability, financial workflows, and navigation - Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and training material for Finance modules - Support end-user training sessions and workshops Qualifications Required: - Soft Skill- Must Have: Verbal and Written communication skills - Technical Skill- Must Have: Accounting Concepts, Requirement Analysis, Analytical Skills and analysis experience - Technical Skill- Nice to Have: Enterprise (Functional),
