Handling Microsoft Account in D365 FO domain by working collaboratively with customer to source out candidates. SPOC to customers in terms of D365 FO resource loading Regularly connecting with team leads , Project/program Mgrs and COEs at MSGD to build D365 FO practice. Take care of BGV and v-id process for associates who is getting on-boarded to MS projects Rotation of 18x6 associates Aligning for new requirements with MSGD Working with BA team for project extension, CR calc, milestone , resource loading, coordinating with Dev Leads, project mgrs., DMM of MSGD Updating KPIs for planned and actual values. SPOC for hiring process (both FTE and OS) - support Talent Family (TF) for recruitment, interviews, scheduling , scanning for duplicate profiles, Working closely with Vendors to get suitable candidates for the project requirements. Tracking joining status of both FTE and OS associates Induct onboarded associates providing required support with assigning laptops and providing awareness on operational topics like Time sheet, leave requests etc., Taking care of Project allocation, extension and release of associates. Interact with business, formulate requirement documents, design and implement D365 F&O. Eligibility Criteria: 5+ years of experience with D365 F&O projects. Experience in presentation, documentation, requirement gathering, Business analysis. Have completed minimum of 1 end to end D365 FO implementations. Having good knowledge of the Manufacturing & Finance modules. Good communicator, having basic knowledge in SCM, Finance, Production, AR & AP modules. Excellent Oral and written communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and business analysts to gather and understand D365 F&O related business requirements and objectives. Job Summary This position helps support the retail Point of Sale (POS) system for The UPS Store locations and is based on Microsoft Store Commerce app (previously MPOS) and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. This position provides input, support, and performs full systems life cycle management activities (e.g., analyses, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation of systems and applications software, etc.). He/She participates in component and data architecture design, technology planning, and testing for Applications Development (AD) initiatives to meet business requirements. This position provides input to applications development project plans and integrations. He/She collaborates with teams and supports emerging technologies to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives. This position provides knowledge and support for applications development, integration, and maintenance. He/She provides input to department and project teams on decisions supporting projects. Responsibilities: Ability to assist in with regular service updates, including merging company specific customization extension as well as extensions from Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Knowledge in developing Store Commerce extensions for Point of Sale, Commerce Runtime and Hardware Station that include the creation of trigger & handlers. Experience with D365 extensible data security (XDS) policies. Modifies D365 user interface based on business requirements using X++. Performs debugging and unit testing of D365 solutions. Promote D365 models from development, test, and staging environments. Support, maintain, and modify existing systems and integrations. 3+ years of overall professional experience in D365 for Finance and Operations. X++ development experience and following D365 Finance and Operations best practices. Microsoft Dev Ops, Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server.
