1. Gather and analyse business requirements and map them to D365 functionalities.
2. Design and implement solutions across one or more D365 modules (Finance, SCM, Sales, etc.).
3. Conduct workshops, prepare functional documentation, and configure the system as per business needs.
4. Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom features and integrations.
5. Support system testing (UAT/SIT), training, and go-live activities.
6. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.
7. Work closely with stakeholders, business users, and project managers to ensure successful delivery
1. Proven experience in advanced Procurement module support (e.g. Requisitions, receipting)
2. Minimum 2 years experience of supporting full E2E procurement process
3. Proven experience in complex workflow configuration / implementation
4. Proven experience in supporting complex support issues across all core modules (AR, AP, Ledger, Treasury)
5. Proven experience in security role configuration
6. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
7. 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
8. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
9. Microsoft certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
