Job Summary:

The Dynamics 365 CRM / CE Technical Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. The role involves customization, configuration, integration, and extension of Dynamics 365 CE applications, ensuring alignment with business processes and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop technical solutions in

    Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)

    including customization, configuration, workflows, plugins, and integrations.
  • Develop and deploy

    custom components

    using

    C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript

    , and

    Power Platform tools

    (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Create and customize

    Entities, Forms, Views, Business Rules, Dashboards

    , and

    Security Roles

    .
  • Work on

    data migration

    and

    integration

    with external systems using

    Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, KingswaySoft

    , or other ETL tools.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Participate in

    unit testing, SIT, UAT

    , and production deployment activities.
  • Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues within CRM solutions.
  • Maintain

    technical documentation

    , solution design documents, and deployment guides.
  • Support

    upgrade and migration projects

    from legacy CRM versions (CRM 2011/2013/2016) to D365 CE Online.
  • Stay updated on the latest

    Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform

    features and best practices.
