Job Overview:

Lead and manage the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Premium Fresh Milk (subscription-based) and value-added dairy products business in Vadodara city by driving customer acquisition, retention, sales growth, operational excellence, logistics, and brand visibility. The Sales Leader will be solely responsible for end-to-end sales, marketing, and last-mile delivery management.

Requirements:

- Must have prior work experience in Vadodara and strong knowledge of local demographics
- Solely responsible for sales, marketing & logistics/D2C delivery management- Education: Any graduate; MBA preferred in Sales & Marketing- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in D2C Milk/Dairy product sales- Additional FMCG sales & marketing experience is strongly preferred

-Strong sales leadership experience in D2C/E-commerce business models
- Proven track record in subscription growth and retention- Excellent understanding of dairy/FMCG sector and consumer behavior- Deep knowledge of Vadodara city market and customer demographics- Digital marketing, analytics, and customer lifecycle management skills- Team management, communication, and leadership abilities- Ability to manage sales, marketing, and logistics end-to-end
