Role Overview
As a Cyber Security Manager, you will support clients in implementing cybersecurity strategies and frameworks, ensuring their security posture aligns with best practices. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex cybersecurity programs from a technical GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) perspective. While we provide expert guidance, clients will be responsible for executing the implementations.
Key Responsibilities
· Support clients in implementing cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, PCI DSS, GDPR, and other compliance standards from a technical GRC perspective.
· Provide expert guidance on cloud security best practices and assist clients in securing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
· Advise clients on AI security measures, ensuring safe deployment of AI-driven applications while meeting compliance requirements.
· Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and gap analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions aligned with compliance obligations.
· Oversee security architecture reviews and assist clients in designing secure cloud and AI-driven solutions.
· Develop and implement technical security controls, policies, and governance models tailored to client needs.
· Provide GRC advisory services, helping clients align security implementations with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
· Manage and mentor a team of cybersecurity consultants, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
· Collaborate with clients’ IT and security teams to develop security policies, risk management processes, and compliance roadmaps.
· Engage with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical risks into business impact insights.
· Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and regulatory changes to enhance client advisory services.
· Provide training and awareness sessions to client teams to strengthen cybersecurity culture.
Required Qualifications & Skills
· 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity implementation, consulting, or security program management.
· Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, GDPR, and other regulatory standards.
· Hands-on experience in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI security risk management, and technical GRC implementations.
· Expertise in technical security control implementations, compliance assessments, and risk management frameworks.
· Proven ability to assess security controls and provide actionable remediation plans.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
· Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CRISC, or equivalent are highly preferred.
