Cyber security Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Trainer who can deliver high-quality training in Networking (CCNA), Ethical Hacking (CEH), and Cloud Security. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, hands-on industry experience, and excellent communication skills to train and mentor students and professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions on CCNA, CEH, and Cloud Security.
• Design, develop, and update training materials, labs, and assessments.
• Conduct hands-on labs, simulations, and real-world scenarios for practical exposure.
• Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, certification updates, and industry trends.
• Support learners with guidance on certification preparation and career readiness.
• Collaborate with the academic/operations team to ensure training quality and outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Certifications (mandatory):
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
• Cloud Security certification (e.g., CCSP, AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security, or equivalent)
• Technical Expertise In:
• Networking, Routing & Switching, Firewalls, VPNs
• Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessment, Ethical Hacking tools
• Cloud Security (AWS/Azure/GCP), IAM, Threat Protection, Cloud Compliance
• Other Requirements:
• 2–5 years of training/industry experience in networking & cybersecurity.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners at different levels.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred)

• Experience in creating YouTube/LinkedIn learning content or corporate training.
• Knowledge of Python for automation, SIEM tools, or SOC operations.
• Prior experience training college students, working professionals, or corporate batches.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Paud Road, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Teaching : 2 years (Required)
