Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Cybersecurity Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts in an accessible manner. Responsibilities Develop and update comprehensive cybersecurity training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources. Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various cybersecurity topics to diverse audiences. Assess the training needs of clients and internal teams and tailor training programs accordingly. Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and best practices to ensure training content is up-to-date. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Provide support and mentorship to trainees, answering questions and providing guidance on cybersecurity practices. Collaborate with other trainers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to enhance training programs. Assist in the development of cybersecurity policies and procedures for clients. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+. Proven experience as a cybersecurity trainer or a similar role. In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threats, vulnerabilities, and risk management. Proficiency with cybersecurity tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption, and vulnerability assessment tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with e-learning platforms and online training tools is a plus.
