Role Overview:

The CISSP professional will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s information security program. This role requires a strategic and technical professional with proven expertise in security governance, risk management, and compliance. The candidate must hold an active CISSP certification and possess the ability to align security initiatives with business objectives while ensuring protection of critical information assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s information security strategy, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and establish security controls to mitigate threats across systems, networks, and applications.
• Ensure compliance with global standards and regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
• Lead incident response activities, including investigation, remediation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into business processes and technology solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on identity and access management, encryption, cloud security, and data protection.
• Develop and deliver security awareness and training programs for staff and stakeholders.
• Monitor emerging threats, technologies, and industry trends to proactively enhance the security posture.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Active

  CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)

  certification.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in information security, risk management, or security architecture.
• Strong knowledge of security domains including asset security, security architecture and engineering, communication and network security, identity and access management, security assessment, and software development security.
• Experience with SIEM tools, vulnerability management platforms, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
