As a high-performing sales professional with direct experience in selling cybersecurity solutions, you will play a crucial role at GWC Networks. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving end-to-end sales of cybersecurity solutions, from prospecting to closure. - Owning revenue generation, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives. - Leading, mentoring, and inspiring sales teams to deliver high performance and accountability. - Building long-term relationships with enterprise and corporate clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction. - Managing key accounts with a focus on expanding business opportunities. - Establishing and strengthening partnerships with vendors and channel partners. - Negotiating effectively to deliver value-driven outcomes for both clients and the organization. - Continuously optimizing sales processes to improve efficiency and outcomes. - Traveling as required to meet clients, partners, and business stakeholders. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3-6 years of proven experience in direct cybersecurity solution sales in a corporate/B2B environment. - Strong background in sales leadership, strategy development, and execution. - Experience in revenue ownership and delivering against aggressive targets. - Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales teams. - Expertise in client acquisition, retention, and account management. - Skills in managing partners and vendors within the cybersecurity ecosystem. - Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to optimize sales processes for scalable growth. - Flexibility to travel for business engagements.
