Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for new customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion through various marketing channels. Your key focus will be on business development, maintaining pipeline, and developing sales pitch and competitive intelligence content. You will pitch to a variety of stakeholders such as IT Managers, Information Security Heads, and CISOs, and perform effective online demos to prospects. Your goal will be to consistently achieve revenue targets, identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities, and manage customer relationships effectively. Additionally, you will contribute towards the improvement of the product portfolio based on customer interactions and feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire new customers and generate leads through marketing channels. - Develop and maintain sales pipeline as per assigned sales. - Create sales pitch and competitive intelligence content. - Pitch to various stakeholders including IT Managers, Information Security Heads, and CISOs. - Conduct effective online demos. - Achieve revenue targets aligned with team/organizational objectives. - Identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers. - Increase sales pipeline by obtaining references from the existing customer base. - Manage customer relationships and pass on insights for product portfolio improvement. - Handle pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned product/geographies to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualification Required: - 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and account management in Cyber Security services. - Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity sales and 1 year in product sales. - Understanding of new technology trends in cybersecurity. - Proficiency in corporate productivity and web presentation tools. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong negotiation skills focusing on the value of the product. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow-up effectively. - Comfortable with new-age technology.
