Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cyber Security professional to join our team. This role is open to both freshers looking to start their career and experienced candidates who want to grow in a dynamic and secure IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor systems and networks for security breaches and vulnerabilities
• Assist in implementing and maintaining security policies and procedures
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and basic penetration testing
• Analyze security alerts and incidents, and support incident response activities
• Help ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
• Stay updated on the latest cyber security threats, tools, and technologies
• Prepare basic security reports and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or related field (or equivalent knowledge)
• Freshers:
• Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and cyber security concepts
• Willingness to learn and strong interest in cyber security
• Experienced Candidates:
• Hands-on experience in cyber security, SOC, or related roles
• Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM tools, and security frameworks
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and networking fundamentals
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Familiarity with tools like Wireshark, Nessus, Metasploit, Splunk, or similar
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, or other security standards
• Cyber security certifications (CEH, Security+, CISSP, etc.) are a plus
