Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Tally / SAP Executive to manage accounting, billing, and financial records. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Training/support will be provided to suitable freshers.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts using Tally / SAP
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bills
• Handle GST entries, returns, and basic compliance
• Record daily financial transactions accurately
• Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and auditors when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Tally and/or SAP
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Familiarity with GST (preferred)
• Basic MS Excel and computer skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and adapt

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome
• Experienced candidates with relevant background are also encouraged
• B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent preferred
