10 Years relevant experience in cybersecurity and Data centre implementation Role: Cyber security expert Working Days: 5 days ( WFO ) job type: FTE Job Location: New Delhi Educational and Experience Requirement - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech Certification - CISA/CISSP/CISM ( Mandatory ) Key Responsibilities & Skills: IT Infra Design & Security: Design and maintain secure IT infrastructure (DC, DR, Remote Sites) in compliance with project scope and standards. Audits & Compliance: Conduct IT audits; ensure adherence to regulations, industry standards, and SoPs. Risk & Controls Management: Assess IT risks, evaluate existing controls, recommend improvements, and implement security measures (e.g., anti-malware, phishing defense). Documentation: Support in ATP/SoP preparation; generate audit & compliance reports with remediation plans. Monitoring & Incident Response: Continuously monitor systems for security events and compliance breaches. Training & Awareness: Conduct sessions on IT security best practices and compliance. Collaboration & VAPT: Work with cross-functional teams; assist in VAPT and compliance issue resolution. Security Enhancements: Plan for future integrations (Anti-APT, HIDS/HIPS, ZTA); advise on rack design, cabling, RU space. Show more Show less
