• Job Description for Cyber Risk Analyst Profile (VAPT).

ROLE PURPOSE

In-depth understanding of Common Vulnerability Exposure (CVE)/ Cert advisory

database and CVSS

Should have knowledge of Mobile applications, web apps, and thick client application security testing

Conduct Vulnerability Assessments and penetration tests and use various open￾source and commercial tools like Nessus, Nmap, Metaspoilt, Kali Linux penetration testing tools

Keep track of new vulnerabilities on various network and security devices for different vendors

Should have hands-on exposure of OWASP Top-10 application vulnerabilities

Audit configuration of Network & Security devices

Analyze scan reports and suggest remediation/mitigation plan

Providing rich client-specific reports

Should be able to provide remediation support to the clients for the identified

vulnerabilities

Requirements:

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Certifications good to have: CEH, PNPT, eJPT, OSCP

Analytical thinker willing to “think outside the box”

Must have an ability to work independently

Should have extensive experience with an IT/consulting/ firm

Resolve customer-impacting situations on first contact; understand the customer

risk profile

Ability to multi-task

General professional writing proficiency

Experience in the Information Security and Audit Industry Is Preferred
